Eurostar check-in closes 45 to 60 minutes before departure. Which means that if you arrive at St Pancras with a comfortable margin, you are left with a strange amount of time and a choice between a departure lounge sandwich and the concourse.
There is a third option, and it is a five to eight minute walk.
The walk
Nonos is at 112 Judd Street, WC1H 9NT. Leave St Pancras by the Euston Road exit, head south down Judd Street, keep going. Five minutes without luggage, eight with a case.
Tell us your train time
Say it when you sit down. It is the most useful sentence you can give us and people are oddly reluctant to.
We will bring things in the right order, keep an eye on the clock and get you out on time. Guests have written reviews specifically about this, because it is the difference between a relaxed meal and forty minutes of checking your phone.
What to order against the clock
Twenty minutes. Mezze. Tzatziki, hummus, grilled halloumi, bread. It arrives quickly because it is not waiting on a grill.
Forty minutes. Souvlaki or the lamb skewers, with a salad. Straightforward, cooked to order, no long finish.
An hour or more. The mixed grill, which is designed to be shared and will comfortably defeat two people. Or the whole grilled sea bass.

There is room for cases. Mention it at the door and we will seat you somewhere you are not wedged in.
Coming the other way
If you have just got off a train, we are open from 08:30 and serve until 22:00, or 23:00 Thursday to Saturday. The breakfast menu runs in the morning and the à la carte from midday. Book a table or call 0207 278 9700.
