Not every Greek lunch needs a Mixed Grill Feast. Monday to Thursday, between 12:00 and 17:00, Nonòs Judd Street serves souvlaki wraps — chicken, pork or halloumi — built for a proper midday meal without a two-hour booking. We are at 112 Judd Street, London WC1H 9NT, five minutes from King's Cross St Pancras. This post is about the wrap window, not the evening grill feast.
When the wraps are on
On the menus page, souvlaki wraps (chicken, pork or halloumi) are listed for Monday–Thursday, 12:00–17:00. That is the weekday lunch and late-afternoon slot — useful between meetings, after the British Library, or before an early evening train. Outside those hours, order from the full grill list: skewers, lamb chops, kofta or the Mixed Grill Feast.
Adam's skewer line explains why the wrap works: The chicken skewers were incredible: juicy, perfectly seasoned
(Adam S., Google review). Katie called hers maybe my favorite chicken skewer of all time.
(Katie H., Google review). Tom was blunt: We can definitely recommend the chicken skewers (Souvlaki).
(Tom E., Google review). The wrap puts that same grilled meat (or halloumi) into a faster lunch format.
Chicken, pork or halloumi — and what else to order
Pick one wrap if you are solo; two different wraps if you are sharing lightly. Add a side of Greek salad, halloumi fries or hummus and pitta if you want more on the table. Vegetarian and vegan guests can also look at the vegetarian moussaka, slow-roasted Mediterranean vegetables, or the vegan Quorn souvlaki listed for weekday daytime hours on the menus page — confirm on the day, as the site notes menus may vary by location and season.
“Managed to fit us in without a booking too which was super appreciated!”
Sophie U., Google review, March 2026
Walk-ins often work at lunch more easily than Friday dinner. Leslie walked in solo to a packed room and still got a table (Leslie T., Google review). For a guaranteed seat in a short lunch break, still use the booking page.
Drinks that fit a weekday wrap
Freddo espresso or freddo cappuccino if you want a Greek iced coffee with lunch; Mythos beer; a soft drink; or a single glass of Greek white if the afternoon is yours. Smoothies (Avo Go Go, Detox Zing, Berry-Licious) sit on the list too. Keep it lighter than an evening aperitivo — the wrap window is designed for getting back to the office or the platform.
Maya on Tripadvisor liked attentive but not hovering staff
(Maya F., Tripadvisor review) — useful when you need the bill promptly. Anoli wrote that service stayed fast even when the restaurant was full (anoli, Tripadvisor review).

Wrap up the weekday
Chicken, pork or halloumi in a wrap, midday to late afternoon, Monday to Thursday — that is the Judd Street lunch move when you want Greek grill flavour without a feast. Tom's taverna line still fits even at lunch: It was almost like you weren't in the centre of London, but a traditional Greek Taverna.
